Enquiry form (Free Visibility Analysis)

If you send us an enquiry via the form, your details (company, website or Google profile, name, phone, email, number of locations) are stored with us for processing the enquiry, creating the Visibility Analysis, and in case of follow-up questions. Transmission is encrypted via a Cloudflare server and the Resend email service to our inbox. For the analysis, we evaluate publicly accessible listings of your business on Google, map services, directories and AI search engines. We do not pass on this data without your consent and do not use it for newsletters.

Paid services

For the provision of paid services, we request further data such as payment details in order to carry out your order. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

Hosting and server log data

This website is delivered via the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. For technical reasons, connection data such as IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and referrer are processed when the site is accessed. This data serves the delivery, security and stability of the website. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse use of the website. The IP address is shortened before storage. The statistics help us improve our offering. You can prevent data collection by installing the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics or by blocking cookies in your browser. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Ads conversion tracking

If you reach our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Ads sets a cookie that expires after 30 days and is not used for personal identification. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on an ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tag. You can prevent this cookie from being set via your browser settings.

Google Fonts

Web fonts are loaded from Google to ensure the consistent display of the Inter typeface. In doing so, your browser establishes a connection to Google's servers. The Bw Gradual typeface is hosted locally on our server. Further information: developers.google.com/fonts/faq.

Chat widget smt-bot

This website includes the chat assistant smt-bot from Semoto GmbH (app.smt-bot.io). Messages you enter in the chat are processed to provide a response and may be analysed to improve the service. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat.

Appointment booking (Calendly)

For demo appointments we link to Calendly (Calendly LLC, Atlanta, USA). Data processing during booking is governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

External links and social media

This website contains links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and to smt-sites.io. Clicking through takes you to the respective providers' offerings, for whose data processing we are not responsible. Data is only transmitted to these providers once you click through.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data processed about you, to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, and to data portability, insofar as the law provides for this. Please contact info@semoto.ch for this. We generally respond to enquiries within 30 days.

Semoto GmbH gives no warranty as to the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability and completeness of the information. Liability claims for damages of a material or immaterial nature arising from access to or use or non-use of the published information, from misuse of the connection, or from technical faults are excluded.
