What does smt-LISTINGS cost?
Per location and month: smt-SOCIAL CHF 130, smt-DATA CHF 160, smt-PRO CHF 230, smt-GASTRO and smt-ENTERPRISE CHF 280. For Germany and Austria in euros: smt-SOCIAL € 133, smt-DATA € 170, smt-PRO € 235, smt-GASTRO and smt-ENTERPRISE € 286. Pay yearly and save up to 15%. The one-time data clean-up smt-CLEAN UP costs CHF 1'560 or € 1'591. All prices excl. VAT.
Is smt-LISTINGS the right solution for multiple locations?
The more locations you manage with smt-LISTINGS, the more you gain. The time savings add up, you can grant unlimited access permissions to staff, and from three locations you save on licence costs per location. From ten locations we put together an individual offer.
How does the onboarding process work?
At the start, we clean up all your platforms and list you wherever you're not yet listed. That takes about two weeks. After that, you get access to smt-LISTINGS and our online tutorials. On request, we walk you through the features by video chat.
How long is the term?
The minimum term is generally 12 months. For monthly instalment payment, reduced prices or discounted packages, a minimum term of 24 months applies, as set out in the respective offer. Details in the Terms & conditions.
Is technical support included in every plan?
Whichever plan you book: our support team is available by phone during regular business hours. We answer less urgent enquiries by email by the next business day at the latest.
Are there discounts for agencies?
Yes. Agencies that recommend smt-LISTINGS get a 15% rebate per licence referred. Alternatively, we offer a white-label version under your own brand. More on the Agencies & affiliates page.
